Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate employee orientation programs
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems such as ADP, Workday, Salesforce, and SAP
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and addressing employee concerns
- Support HR initiatives such as performance management, training and development programs, and employee engagement activities
- Assist with data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting purposes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in an HR coordinator or similar role
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using HRIS systems such as ADP, Workday, Salesforce, or SAP
- Knowledge of human capital management principles and best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
