Large hand signed Itzchak Tarkay Tea Over Tiles framed serigraph - $140 (Downtown Fort Worth)

I bought this bright and colorful artwork from Park West Gallery (have receipt $875) while on a cruise.
We have enjoyed it for many years, but it needs to find a new home as we have downsized to a 1 bedroom.
There is no wear or damage to the frame, and the inside has never been opened (shipped to me framed).
Tea Over Tiles measures 52 x 52 inches, so it is extremely large.
Itzchak Tarkay was an Israeli painter and graphic artist who died in 2012.
If you don't know his works, google him and do some research.
This would be a great conversation piece for a large area.
Even if you aren't into fine art, a piece this large with this level of matting and frame would cost you $300 for a no name work of art.
