Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team.
As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings.

Duties: - Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas - Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols - Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment as required - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor - Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Previous experience in cleaning commercial buildings for a janitorial company - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment is preferred - Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required - Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Flexible work schedule options available - Opportunities for career growth within the company If you are a motivated individual with a passion for cleanliness and take pride in your work, we encourage you to apply for the position of Cleaning Technician.
