Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher.
As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities: - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using an automatic dishwasher - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils - Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks as needed - Support the culinary team during busy periods by helping with basic cooking tasks - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines - Dispose of trash and recyclables properly - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Requirements: - Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards - Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques - Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team Note: This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
