Essentials included: owner's manual, 2 sewer hoses with connections, 30 AMP electric cord with extension and 15 AMP conversion as well as surge protector, 1 set of X chocks and wrench, 1 set of Anderson Levelers, 2 sets of 10 orange LYNX leveling blocks (total 20)
Bedding: main Queen bed with sheets, comforter, blanket and pillows; sheets for 2 bunk beds (2 sets)
Kitchen Basics: Black & Decker coffee pot, toaster, dish drainer, Silverware, cutting board, cutlery, trash can and more.
Bathroom Basics: towels, bathmat, Happy Camper toilet tank treatment
Inspected by RV Medic of Dallas in October 2021: Bearings checked, recalled propane regulator replaced with new one, and roof and caulking inspected and refreshed.
Bearings and wheels inspected by Big Tex Trailer World in November 2023.
This camper can be enjoyed year-round due to its Arctic weather package and stellar AC that keeps it cool even in hot Texas weather.
The theater seating includes a fold down beverage table and heat/light/massage functions.
The camper is in great condition with minimal wear as it has been lightly used and treated well.
Everything is in working order.
